Inutilização de Numeração - CT-e

Para realizar una inutilización de numeración de CT-e, vá até la tela de Enviar CTe -> Operações -> Inutilização de Numeração

On the screen that will open, fill in the fields with the following informations

Ano: the 2 last numbers of the year of the CTe Série: The serie of the documents Faixa Inicial: The first number to do the inutilization inside a period. Faixa Final: The last number to do the inutilization inside a period. Justificativa: The motive of the inutilization of the numbers.

After that, click in Salvar to save and send all the informations.
